  • 25% discount on a ceramics or baking workshop (advance booking required)

Year-round privileges:
  • 25% discount on lunch and dinner buffets at Cafe Lagoon and à la carte menu and beverages at Cafe Lagoon, Gold Coast Prime Rib, Satay Inn and YUÈ (applicable to a maximum of 12 persons)
  • One-pound birthday cake with our compliments in your birthday month (two-day advance order required)
  •  * Three-day advance reservation is required for any room booking. Each stay can book up to three consecutive nights in maximum.
    # The Annual Pass member must be present his/her Annual Pass in person to enjoy the stay privileges and the year-round privileges.
    ^ Advance reservations are available through online after check-in or walk-in at the “Sharks and Pirates” Adventure Zone reception (subject to availability).

Terms & Conditions
  • Pursuant to Phase 1 of the amendments to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance, which will take effect on 22 April 2024, hotels in Hong Kong are prohibited from providing guests with complimentary plastic-containing toiletries listed under the Ordinance. Guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries to foster a plastic-free culture. Guests who need toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste and comb can purchase from our hotel, and proceeds will be donated to the Hong Kong Ocean Park Conservation Foundation to support marine conservation. We will replace these toiletries with non-plastic alternatives shortly

  • The validity of the Gold Coast Hotel Vacation Annual Pass is one year from the date of issuance.
  • The Annual Pass and privileges are non-transferable or non-assignable. Gold Coast Hotel reserves the right to verify the identity of the Annual Pass member and guests.
  • The Annual Pass and privileges are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
  • All stay privileges can only be used during the stay and cannot be transferred to or booked for non-stay days.
  • Each room night accommodates two adults and one child aged 11 or below. Additional child can be accommodated subject to supplementary charges.
  • Room booking can be cancelled free of charge by at least two days’ notice in advance prior to the check-in date (according to the hotel's local time). Late cancellation would be charged with one-night stay deduction.
  • All stay privileges are for personal accommodation purpose only, and not for event or commercial use. The Annual Pass member and guests must adhere to the hotel room’s maximum occupancy and all applicable Hong Kong laws and government regulations.
  • All hotel services and offers are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
  • The price of the Gold Coast Hotel Vacation Annual Pass includes a 10% accommodation service charge.
  • In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel’s decision is final and conclusive.
  • In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
