• Responsible for the integrity of the hotel physical facilities including proper operation, repair, maintenance & installation of mechanical and electrical plant, fire & life safety, physical security of the building and assets of the hotel.
• Makes daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventative maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner. 
• To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments
• Ensures the correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical services. Provides technical support and leads and supervises in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
• Carry out both the operational and administrative duties. 
• Require working shift duty.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or the hotel management.

• Diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical or Building Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experience at Hotel/ Apartment engineering discipline is preferred
• Good technical knowledge in electrical system, plumbing system and MVAC system
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Knowledge of PC operations
• Possess Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B)

• Maximize catering or group sales revenue by managing and developing accounts
• Follow up on negotiation process on all catering or group sales leads
• Ensure delivery of services in catering or group sales through clear communications and coordination with all relevant departments.

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sizable hotel
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Excellent command on English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage

• Assign various phrase of jobs for work crew and follow up the progress
• Supervise the job of work crew ensure the work is on schedule
• Supervise the work carried out by outside contractors
• Work on shift schedule to monitor all technical installations runs in normal function

• Ensure the compliance of all statutory regulations on safety and fire requirements
• Perform all assigned general engineering duties as long as licensing requirements permit.

• Minimum 5 years or above experience in hotel industry or property management
• Proven track record on project management or planned maintenance is essential
• Able to meet deadline and work independently

• Responsible for greeting and front desk duties
• Handle all arrival and departure records, bookings and registration
• Provide frontline services at reception counter and maintain good relationships with guests
• Assist in handling incoming phone calls and queries from visitors and guests

• Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines

With the goal to groom potential candidates to become a professional in the Hospitality industry. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Internship Trainees. The internship will last between 2-12 months, depending on the school requirement or individual’s preference.

As an Internship Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments.  For internship period for 6 months and above, trainee will be rotated in 2 or more department to gain a boarder understanding about different department’s operations.
