Sino Hotels is looking for Operations Management Trainees candidates who are passionate about the hospitality industry and are committed to becoming high-caliber managers. As a trainee, you will undergo a 12-month intensive and structured talent development program, with the goal of developing a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and eventually assuming a supervisory position.
During the 12-month training program, you will rotate through three different operations departments and receive cross-training at three sister properties. You will also lead projects to improve hotel operations efficiency and effectiveness or work on projects related to environmental sustainability. Comprehensive training will be provided based on your roles and responsibilities during rotation, and you will have a professional mentor and a senior professional as your career mentor to guide you, provide feedback, and offer strategies to overcome challenges.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to assume a supervisory position and embark on an exciting career path. For those interested in advanced career development, an additional 6-month top-up program will be available, during which you will receive specialized training and mentorship from experienced managers in your field. You will also gain hands-on experience in your chosen area of expertise by working on real projects and rotating through key administrative departments to gain a broader understanding of general management.
Upon successful completion of the 18-month program, you will have an opportunity to experience a job exchange program in our overseas property.
