Gradini x Darphin Glamour In Bloom Afternoon Tea

(Hong Kong, 2 December 2019) From 1 December 2019 to 29 February 2020, Gradini Ristorante E Bar Italiano presents the bespoke afternoon tea experience - “Glamour In Bloom Afternoon Tea” in collaboration with French beauty brand Darphin.
 
Taking the inspiration from Darphin’s hero product Intral Redness Relief Soothing Serum which is made with a calm complex of peony, chamomile and hawthorn, Executive Chef Cano has crafted a wide variety of sweet and savoury delights to satisfy your cravings.
 
The impeccable afternoon tea features an array of savory treats including Pork Rillettes Beetroot Bun to highlight the intensely flavoured pork rillettes on the crispy and rosy beetroot bun; Wild Mushroom Vol-au-vent baked to perfection and fully filled with cream sauce, to add additional layer to the delectable pastry; Smoked Duck Breast served with sweet-and-sour mixed berry mayonnaise.
 
As inspired by the key ingredient of Intral Redness Relief Soothing Serum – chamomile and hawthorn, Chef Cano has adorned the tea set with floral essence. Highlights feature the light yet creamy Chamomile Honey Panna Cotta, a perfect fit to the health-conscious; the warm baked Raisin Scone served with the specially made Hawthorn Apple Jam to refresh your taste buds. Also, the pink-hued bites include the velvety smooth Strawberry Cream Roll, the French pastry Les Carolines and Assorted Macaron that will make any dessert lovers’ heart skip a beat.
 
To complement the decadent afternoon tea, each guest will have the choice of a freshly brewed Illy coffee or a selection of premium assorted whole-leaf tea by Tea WG.
 
Patrons of the co-branded afternoon tea will be eligible to receive a complimentary deluxe gift set (value: HK$250) including Intral Redness Relief Soothing Serum (5ml), Chamomile Aromatic Care (4ml) and Aromatic Cleansing Balm (5ml) , while stock lasts.
