Freshly hand-chopped beef tartare mixed with seasonings and crowned by a single plump poached quail egg with splashes of truffle, is definitely a tender and flavourful palate-pleasing appetiser to start with.
Your taste buds will continue to be ignited by an array of mouthwatering selections of entrée, from succulent Oyster Blade Steak with subtle yet rich and unique flavour accentuated by grilling on Himalayan Salt Block, to juicy Wagyu Flank Steak Burger.
