Hong Kong, 21 February, 2017– The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui is offering HK$600 per head full day meeting packages which including lunch, coffee break and cocktails.

In a prime location against the backdrop of the stunning Victoria Harbour from China Hong Kong City on Canton Road, MICE organisers can book meetings in eight multi-purpose venues equipped with state of the art technology at a special price throughout 2017.

Private function rooms with natural lights and some with magnificent harbour views are available to host half day or full day events of all sizes from 9am to 5pm – from 382sqm Pacific Rooms accommodating up to 260 guests for large-scale events, to intimate venues for smaller gatherings of just 20 guests.

Catering includes a coffee break and 3-course Western or Chinese set lunch, and a complimentary one-hour post meeting cocktail session with free-flow of soft drinks, juices, beer, red wine and white wine at Pierside Bar or Restaurant.

Facilities include an LCD projector and screen along with standard meeting equipment such as a PA system, two wireless microphones and a flipchart, as well as complimentary meeting amenities and wireless internet access. Additional equipment are available upon request and subject to applicable charges.

The special offer for 2017 also includes one complimentary upgrade to Towers Harbour Suite for the organiser or keynote speaker for bookings of over 40 paid room nights.

What’s more, an additional 10% discount is offered for booking three meeting packages within a six-month period.
