Café on the PARK – Christmas Festive Buffets

Café on the PARK is inviting family and friends to celebrate Christmas with a vibrant spread of seafood and barbequed delicacies.

 

To kick off the feast, savour the lavish appetisers - Homemade Foie Gras Mousse or Salmon Rillettes. Tasty and savory, these silky delights are perfect to be enjoyed on grilled bread or crackers. Seafood lovers can indulge in a scrumptious array of fresh seafood including Halved Boston Lobster,  Snow Crab Leg, Lobster Claw, Shrimp, Mussel, Sea Whelk and more. Other seafood delicacies include Stir-fried Crab with Garlic and Chilli, Stir-fried Tiger Prawn with Salted Egg, Seared Prawn in Tomato Sauce served daily on a rotating basis.

 

The show-stopping holiday dish is the Roast Turkey with Chestnut, Glutinous Rice, Preserved Meat and Giblet Gravy and Roast Turkey with Mixed Dried Fruits, Nuts and Gravy, the restaurant’s signature roasted turkey and trimmerings available at the buffet spread. This not-to-be-missed traditional recipe is a modern Asian twist that is just what the occasion calls for. Other mouth-watering barbequed delights such as Imperial Crown Lamb Rack with Mint Root Vegetables and Roast US Beef Rib Eye Steak with Yorkshire Pudding are all ready to whet your appetite.

 

Satisfy your sweet tooth witha selection of delicate desserts tailored for the festivities meticulously created by the Pastry Chef including Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce, Christmas Log Cake, Christmas Butter Stollen, Christmas Cookies, Warm Bread and Butter Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and many more.
