Australian and Singaporean menus for loving couples at Pierside Bar & Restaurant and Satay Inn – and private VIP celebration at Café on the PARK

(Hong Kong, 25 January, 2017) – The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers celebrates Valentine’s Day with romantic menus for loving couples at contemporary Australian grillroom Pierside Bar & Restaurant and Singaporean alfresco restaurant Satay Inn.

Couples seeking a more intimate venue can also book a private room surrounded by cupids and hearts at Café on the PARK for a romantic dining experience between February 11 and 14, with personal butler service priced HK$2,928 for two including limousine service home after dinner. With a complimentary bottle of champagne, the menu includes lobster and seafood sashimi as appetiser, double boiled soup, followed by duck liver with truffle mash and roasted beef rib eye, and a personalised dessert platter.

Set against a backdrop of stunning views over Victoria Harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui, the chic dining room Pierside presents a delightful 6-course celebration of finest Australian seafood cuisine for two at HK$1,314 between February 11 and 14.

Titled ‘Our Love Journey’, the romantic occasion greets couples with Charles de Cazanove Champagne and appetiser of classic Caesar salad with house-made dressing and focaccia toast.

Stylish gastronomy continues with Baked Razor Clam, dressed with paprika and capsicum, smoked cucumber with lemon and rocket oil, and Australian Seafood Broth with fennel, fava beans, lentils and tomato.

Pan-fried Australian Barramundi with truffled cauliflower and asparagus stew is the first of two main courses, followed by ‘The Perfect Match’ of surf-and-turf Char-grilled Premium Striploin and Baked Lobster Thermidor, served with creamy mash, European broccoli and merlot glaze. A raspberry sorbet with sour kumquat truffle will be served between the two main courses to freshen up your palate.

A sumptuous dessert of Sweet Garden Chocolate Rock with vanilla ice-cream, wild berries, tiramisu and cotton candy completes the romantic celebration.

Satay Inn welcomes love birds with a heart-melting menu, ‘Saya sayang awak’ in Singaporean style at HK$520 per person, likewise greeting couples with Charles de Cazanove Champagne, with an appetiser platter of chicken and pork satay with authentic peanut sauce, deep-fried shrimp cakes and signature Hainanese chicken rice.

Authentic Singaporean signature dishes, Bake Kut Teh ribs in herbal soup and Sambal Sole with okra and not to missed out all-time-favourite Cereal Butter Lobster.

The main course is a choice of Pepper Lamb Chop with fried carrot cake or spicy Beef Rendang with roti, and dessert is traditional Buboh Hitam ice cream served in a coconut shell.
