A lunchtime special guaranteed to wow is the crisp-skinned, pan-fried Australian barramundi, plated with cauliflower puree, black truffle and chargrilled Portobello mushroom. During dinnertime, Pierside serves up the classic rib eye steak cooked with garlic and rosemary, served in a red wine sauce with a side of fresh Australian vegetables.
No festive gathering is complete without a blowout dessert, a huge panettone with creamy vanilla ice cream will be served at the dinner seating on 24 and 25 December. Another show-stealer is the Chocolate Sacher Torte, Christmas Butter Stollen, Christmas cookies and a Praline Yuletide Log. These sweet treats and a version of the panettone will also be offered at lunch on Christmas Eve and Day.
