Guest Chefs from The Fullerton Hotel Present - Best of Singapore

From 20 June to 9 August, Satay Inn is adding new authentic flavours to its menu of all-time Singaporean favourites as the chain welcomes Guest Chef Kelvin Wong and his culinary team from The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. Chef Kelvin invites fans of Singaporean cuisine to visit any of the three Satay Inn’s in Hong Kong as his team tours with the “Best of Singapore” menu featuring 15 dishes that are most representative of the diverse food culture, tradition and heritage of his hometown.

To meet the Guest Chefs and see them in action at the live cooking stations, please visit our Satay Inn from 28 June to 1 July.

The Best of Singapore special menu will be available from 20 June to 9 August, to mark the National Day of Singapore on the final day of the promotion. A special juice and wine pairing selection is available for enhancement of the flavours.
