To commemorate this milestone, Executive Chinese Chef Lai Ching Shing has prepared ten exquisite dishes using ten different traditional Chinese cooking methods as a salute to the spirit of Cantonese culinary art. Savour stellar delights such as Stir-fried Prawn with Jade Vegetables, Double-boiled Giant Marbled Eel-Head with Tian Ma in Soup and Deep-fried Crispy Yunnan Ham.
