Featuring supreme cuts of the highest quality Korean beef, Australian Wagyu beef and New Zealand roast beef, the Beef Feast offers connoisseurs an opportunity to savour the finest beef from around the world all in one place.
Different types of beef have their own distinctive flavours. Korean beef is the richest in taste; Australian Wagyu beef contains comparatively more fat to provide a true melt-in-the-mouth experience; while New Zealand roast beef is the most aromatic and savoury. This combination is sure to satisfy the taste buds of every beef lover.
The sumptuous dinner buffet will also include a wide variety of Chinese and Western favourites, fresh seafood, Japanese Robatayaki, barbecued dishes, mouthwatering desserts, and an irresistible choice of free-flowing beer and cocktails. Guests can also enjoy a spectacular candy-floss performance during their meals. The Garden Café is the perfect venue to enjoy this magnificent buffet treat with friends and family. Prices start from HK$468 per adult.
The Garden Café will also delight diners with its Japanese Izakaya dining experience. Quality seafood such as Japanese queen crabs, Pacific saury rolls, scallops with mayonnaise, whole squid and more, are all carefully selected by the Garden Café chefs and prepared Robatayaki style. For guests looking for even more seafood temptations, the international seafood counter provides choices of seafood including snow crabs, brown crabs, tiger prawns, French mussels and Jade spiral shells.
For an even more exciting treat, the Garden Café’s chefs will prepare the widely-popular Seafood Tower right in front of the guests every night from 7-8pm.
There will also be free-flowing selected beers and creative cocktails, soft drinks and juices. More than 50 kinds of craft beer will also be available at discounted prices.
The dessert bar will be serving a selection of delectable homemade desserts. These include the Café’s famous black truffle chocolate cake, opera cake, caramel cake and Mövenpick ice cream. The highlight of the summer buffet will be a candy-floss performance on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with our chef showcasing his colourful flower-shaped candy floss creations according to each guest’s own preference – the sweetest way to end the night.
