Heartfelt appreciation to beloved father at Garden Café
Chef Eric fully understands that fathers like to enjoy liquor with some pairing snacks and as the head chef of Garden Café, he especially prepares Braised snails with hot chili wine sauce and Deep fried calamari rings to elevate enjoyment at lunch buffet. The sea whelk is masterfully cooked with selective spices and hua dao wine to excite the taste buds; whereas the thin and crispy coating on the fresh calamari has made this calamari dish an irresistibly delight to partake in.
During dinner buffet, a selection of men’s favourites are included: Deep fried pork knuckles with garlic crispy, roast pigeon and assorted cheese platter. The pork knuckle is nicely seasoned and covered with deep fried garlic on top, leaving it succulent yet deliciously crispy. The pigeon size matters because it represents the tenderness and fat level of the meat, Chef Eric has carefully chosen the pigeon and made it a pleasant dish for fathers. A scrumptious choice of cheese is also on offer to complement the wines. Guests should not miss the seafood steamed tower with an abundant of fresh prawns, clams, scallops and the best essence at the bottom, with the seafood congee. The cake counter not only showcases the creative dessert at all buffets – cognac chocolate mousse, its silky smooth chocolate texture and the fragrant cognac flavour weave in perfectly for the senses of all sweet tooth.
