Book Direct to Earn Miles

Whether you are travelling for business or leisure, staying at our hotels will allow you to earn miles from our airline partners. Simply book direct with us via hotel website for the selected room packages at the minimum qualifying rates* of respective hotels, miles will be credited to your frequent flyer programme automatically.
 
*Miles reward earning for the selected room packages will be indicated in the "Rate Details" of the qualified packages on the booking page. For the minimum qualifying rates, please check with Reservations of the respective hotels.

Miles credited per qualifying stay:

Cathay
  • 300 Asia Miles for 1-night stay
  • 500 Asia Miles for stays with a minimum of 2 consecutive nights
Terms and conditions
  • Booking must be made directly via the hotel website. Only bookings of the selected room packages are qualified to earn miles.
  • Not all room packages available on hotel website are qualified for miles reward. Miles reward earning for the selected room packages will be indicated in the "Rate Details" of the qualified packages on the booking page. For the minimum qualifying rates, please check with Reservations of the respective hotels.
  • Guests are required to enter the membership number under "Additional Details and Preferences" field on the hotel’s booking page at time of booking and present their valid membership cards upon room check-in.
  • A stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at a hotel, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again. A back-to-back booking is counted as one stay only.
  • Only one registered room guest can earn miles per stay.
  • Only one type of airline miles can be earned by one frequent flyer programme member per room per stay. For multiple rooms paid by the same guest, only one room can be counted for earning airline miles.
  • Respective frequent flyer programme terms and conditions apply. Please refer to Cathay's websites for details.
  • Miles will be credited to guest’s frequent flyer membership account within 6 to 8 weeks upon confirmation.
  • Requests for retro-claim of airline miles must be sent to us within 6 months from the check-out date. Transactions will be further verified by hotel staff.
  • Sino Hotels assume no responsibilities and liability for changes or discontinuance of any Partner’s services.
  • In case of any dispute, Sino Hotels reserves the right to make a final decision.
  • In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
