RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise closely with operating department to monitor and control operating cost included F&B, Engineering and Room Department
- Work closely with Chefs on food menu costing with recipes
- Closely liaise with Procurement team on approving purchase requests and review tendering documents
- Conduct monthly stock take of room and F&B inventory and quarterly physical count of F&B Operating equipment
- Receive Rooms & F&B deposits from Sales, Events Management and F&B outlets daily
- Review invoice payment approval and accuracy in A/P chart of account expense coding in P/L
- Assist in month end closing, weekly forecasting, and annual budgeting
- Monitor in income audit work and timely report of irregularities and monitor account receivable and assist credit manager to collect payment form corporate, OTA travel agents
- Provide business analysis on project and new business incentives
- Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of financial management experience in hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Diploma/ Degree / Certificate in Accountancy, Finance or IT are also welcomed to apply
- Good supervisory and interpersonal skill are crucial to the succeed in this role
- Independent, self-driven and detail-oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS office with knowledge of SAP and Sun accounting software
