RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, the incumbent is responsible for the design and delivery of training programs tailored to various employee levels within the hotel group. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of training initiatives and projects, as well as the management of administrative tasks such as compiling training records, reports and statistics. He/She is also required to work with Human Resources teams to support people development initiatives to facilitate a cohesive approach to employee growth and skill enhancement.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • Passionate in people development
  • Presentable, confident and able to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Strong administrative skills, detail-minded and able to work independently

Senior Procurement Officer 資深採購主任

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain the supply chain.
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform analyses to pursue quality improvements, cost savings, and procurement opportunities.
  • Review, formulate, and implement internal controls, documentation, reporting, and supplier management systems to maintain procurement process integrity and compliance.
  • Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure high standards of products.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them regarding material costs, delivery performance, quality standards, etc.
  • Closely monitor the assigned procurement project to ensure it is completed within schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional qualifications in Procurement, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel purchasing.   
  • Initiative and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Solid experience in using procurement system such as SAP, CheckSCM etc along with a strong sense of procurement compliance.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
