  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the Financial Statement before the deadline monthly.
  • Ensure that all balance sheet schedules are prepared monthly. All supporting schedules and subsidiary ledgers are tally with general ledger control accounts and that the items in the accounts reflect the current accounting situation of the Hotel.
  • Ensure the bank reconciliation statements and inter-company accounts are reconciled each month and that they are in order.

  • Assist in preparation of monthly forecast, annual budget and Financial Plan.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree or master's degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience including management experience in luxury hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both oral and written English, Cantonese.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, colleagues, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
