Terms and conditions
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
  • Unused benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be used for future visits.
  • Bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance.
  • A one-night non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Any cancellation or amendment will result in first night room rate charge including applicable service charge.  
  • A security deposit of HK$3,000 is required upon check-in. This will be return upon check-out should there be no additional charges or facilities damages incurred.
  • Activities including but not limited to joss stick lighting, rice-throwing and posting of signages are prohibited in the hotel area.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  • All room rates and privileges are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • This room offer is for accommodation purpose only, not for event and commercial use. Guests must adhere to guestroom's maximum occupancy and to any Hong Kong government regulations.
