  • Dinner set for 2 is only applicable to dine-in or self pickup service.
  • The complimentary dinner cannot be consumed on departure date.
  • To enjoy complimentary session and special offer at “Kids Kids Car”, guests must present a valid hotel key card upon entering the venue.  Maximum of 2 children aged 12 or under per room.  Age and height limit apply for selected activities.
  • Opening hours and entry requirement to play zone is subject to latest government social distancing measures.
  • Royal Pacific Hotel is not the service provider of Kids Kids Car. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws, Royal Pacific Hotel shall not be liable for the arrangement or quality of the service or any other aspects of the service whether or not it is arising out of or in connection with any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct relating to the service.

  • Amendments or cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no show will incur a charge equivalent to the first night room rate with service charge.
