•    To provide guests with a safe dining environment, Satay Inn is now registered as a Type D outlet, with designated zone C and zone D. Under the vaccine bubble introduced by the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department, all guests are required to use the LeaveHomeSafe mobile app upon entering Type C and D restaurants for dine-in service. Seating arrangement will be subject to guests’ fulfilment per latest social distancing measures stipulated by the government. 

Use of ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ App
Starting from 9 December 2021 , the use of the LeaveHomeSafe (LHS) mobile app will be extended to all premises regulated under Cap. 599F and all customers or users must scan the LeaveHomeSafe venue QR code, using the mobile app before entering the premises. The following three categories of persons may fill in a specified form as an alternative to the use of the LHS mobile application:
  1. persons aged 65 or above and aged 15 or below;
  2. persons with disability; and
  3. other persons recognised by the Government or organisation(s) authorised by the Government.

•    Seating arrangement will be subject to the latest announcement by the Government.
•    Photo for reference only. 
•    Price is subject to 10% service charge.
•    Reservation is required 1 day in advance. 
•    Free cancellation if changes are made more than 72 hours prior to date of dining.
•    In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
•    In case of any dispute, Royal Pacific Hotel reserves the right to make a final decision.
