Terms and conditions
  • Pursuant to the Prevention & Control of Disease (Requirements & Directions) (Business & Premises) Regulation, all guests are required to use the latest version of "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application upon entering the hotel.
  • Effective from 30 September 2022, guests who enter specified scheduled premise(s), (e.g. restaurant) must comply with the COVID-19 vaccination requirements as set by Food and Health Bureau, with exception of the following:
  1. children aged under 5;
  2. holders of the COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate (Exemption Certificate);
  3. for the only purpose of making purchase or taking of takeaway food or drinks;
  4. for the only purpose of delivering or picking up of an article;
  5. performing necessary repairs;
  6. receiving vaccination or medical treatment, or undergoing a specified test;
  7. receiving essential government service;
  8. participating in legal proceedings; or
  9. other scenarios with lawful authority or reasonable excuse.
Guests who fail to present a valid pass will not be permitted access to the scheduled premise(s).

  • To enjoy complimentary session and special offer at “Kids Kids Car”, guests must present a valid hotel key card upon entering the venue.  Maximum of 2 children aged 12 or under per room.  Age and height limit apply for selected activities.
  • Opening hours and entry requirement to play zone is subject to latest government social distancing measures.
  • Royal Pacific Hotel is not the service provider of the abovementioned service. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws, Royal Pacific Hotel shall not be liable for the arrangement or quality of the service or any other aspects of the service whether or not it is arising out of or in connection with any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct relating to the service.
  • Rates are subject to 10% service charge.

  • Booking is required to be secured by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Amendments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no show will incur a charge equivalent to the first night room rate with service charge.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services. 
  • This room offer is for accommodation purpose only, not for event and commercial use. Guests must adhere to guest room's maximum occupancy and to any Hong Kong Government regulations.
  • Room rates are on a per room per night basis and booking confirmation is subject to room availability.
