  • All room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
  • Booking must be made 3 days in advance.
  • No cancellation or no amendment is allowed. Any cancellation will incur a penalty charge of 100% of the total room rate (inclusive of the related service charges).
  • Dining credits are applicable for dine-in at Pierside Bar & Restaurant and not applicable to room service.
  • The offer and dining credits cannot be used in conjunction with other privileges or promotions, and cannot be redeemed for cash, other products, or services.
  • Dining credits are offered daily on a non-accumulative basis. Any unused balance cannot be carried forward to the next staying night and will be forfeited.
  • Any unused dining credits are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be used for future visits.
  • Guestrooms are for accommodation purposes only. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings for non-accommodation purposes, including wedding parties and events.
  • Guests must adhere to the guest room's maximum occupancy and to any Hong Kong Government regulations.
