Sparkling Tea Pairing Set Dinner

Delight yourself with a unique "bubbly-tea" pairing experience throughout April 2025. Naturally fermented sparkling teas in three distinct flavours – Osmanthus Golden Oolong, Yuzu Genmaicha and White Peach Earl Grey, are cold-brewed to couple with signature dishes at Pierside Bar & Restaurant during dinner period, elevating the gastronomic journey through its sparkling quality.

A special kids menu is also available, pairing children’s favourite Spaghetti Bolognese and Peach Cheesecake with a caffeine-free Sparkling Rose Butterfly Pea Flower Tea.

From 18 to 27 April, both menus will be served a special rabbit-shaped Peach Cheesecake while each child will receive an Easter-themed DIY set as special perks for Easter.
