  • Mastercard Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited (“Mastercard”) and Merchant reserve the right to amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the whole or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and shall not bear any responsibility arising out of or in connection with such amendment, suspension, cancellation or termination.
  • The use of any Eligible Mastercard cards is subject to relevant cardholder terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by Mastercard.
  • The above offers are for the holders of Mastercard. Cardholders need to enter promotion code MCARD when making reservations on hotel official website to enjoy the offers.
  • In the event when payment is not settled by Mastercard, guests must settle the price difference before consumption.
  • The above offers are subject to blackout dates and availability at the time of reservation.
  • Dining offers are not available on 11 May 2025.
  • 1-day advance booking is required for the room offer.
  • Room guests are required to present a valid Mastercard credit card upon check-in at the hotel and make payment with Mastercard credit card. Booking will be charged as standard room rate if not using a valid Mastercard credit card for settlement.
  • The room offer can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check-in date; otherwise, a 100% penalty of the first night will apply.
  • All room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
  • Dining offers are applicable to a maximum of 12 diners for each dining period, including the credit card holder.
  • Advance booking is required for dining offers.
  • Dine-in prices are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original prices.
  • The offers cannot be used for any private event, banquet consumption or commercial purpose.
  • The offers are not applicable to corkage fee, cut-cake fee or tailor-made menu.
  • The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers, discount, privilege or frequent flyer redemption.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  • In case of disputes arising out of this Promotion, the decision of Sino Hotels, Mastercard and the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  • In case of any inconsistency or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  • Royal Pacific Hotel reserves the right to modify, change or discontinue offers at any time, without prior notice.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Royal Pacific Hotel is final.
