  • Please present valid email or SMS with QR code for the redemption of vouchers.
  • Please present the original copies of the voucher for the redemption of service or product.
  • The dining credit gift vouchers can be redeemed at Pierside Bar & Restaurant.
  • The usage of these gift vouchers is subject to blackout dates and the hotel’s availability at the time of reservation.
  • Advance reservation with voucher details at the time of reservation is required; Reservations are only available via telephone or email, reservations made through other channels shall not be accepted.
  • The gift vouchers are intended for dine-in and leisure purposes only and cannot be used for private events, banquets or commercial purposes.
  • The gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full; And are valid for a single transaction only.
  • The gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
  • Royal Pacific Hotel will not be obliged to replace the gift voucher if it is damaged, lost, stolen, or expires.
  • The gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, privileges, or frequent flyer programmes.
  • Royal Pacific Hotel reserves the right to modify, change or discontinue this offer at any time, without prior notice due to unforeseeable market price fluctuations and availability.

  • In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
