Terms and conditions
  • Dining promotion period is from 1 December 2025 to 28 February 2026.
  • Reservations are available starting from 24 November 2025 and are released one week in advance, every Monday at 10 a.m., for the following Monday to Sunday's dining dates.
  • The offers are applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, enJoy Spending Card, enJoy Commercial Card and enJoy Business Card (“Eligible Credit Cards”), but excluding other Commercial Card, other Business Card, other Spending Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
  • Customers must present and settle payment with an Eligible Credit Card to enjoy the offers.
  • In the event when payment is not settled by an Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card, customers must settle the price difference before consumption.
  • Buy One Get One Free for Semi-buffet Dinner does not apply to 24, 25 and 31 December 2025.
  • Unless otherwise specified, prices are subject to 10% service charge based on original prices.
  • The offers are for dine-in only.
  • A maximum of 8 persons is allowed for each reservation at Pierside Bar & Restaurant. A maximum of 12 persons is allowed for each reservation in the Pacific Room.
  • Each customer is entitled to enjoy the Buy-One-Get-One-Free offer of each meal once per day only. The third and subsequent guests enjoy a separate offer.
  • Advance reservation is required.
  • The seating plan of Christmas & New Year​ Dinner Buffet Celebration is subject to Hotel’s arrangement.
  • The child price is applicable to children aged between 3 and 11. The senior price is applicable to seniors aged 60 or above.
  • Special discount offer with quota applies. The above offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The offers are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or the claiming of Asia Miles.
  • Royal Pacific Hotel reserves the right to alter the menu prices and items due to market price fluctuations and availability.
  • Photos are for reference only.
  • In case of any inconsistency or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to suspend or terminate the offers at any time without any prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, Royal Pacific Hotel and Hang Seng Bank reserve the right to make a final decision.
