Terms and conditions
  • Offer is valid from 25 January to 21 February 2021 (both dates inclusive).
  • Guests are required to book the room at least 2 days prior to the arrival date to enjoy the above offer.
  • Booking is required to be secured by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Amendments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no show will incur a charge equivalent to the first night room rate with service charge.
  • This room offer is for accommodation purpose only, not for event and commercial use. Guests must adhere to guest room's maximum occupancy and to any Hong Kong Government regulations.
  • The complimentary parking offer is applicable to one car for 24 consecutive hours per stay and entitled to single entry only. Guests are required to state the car plate number in the ‘Additional Details and Preferences’ box of the booking page when making reservations. Offer is subject to availability.
  • Original hotel receipt should be presented at the Concierge Counter of China Hong Kong City (UG/F) together with the Octopus card in order to redeem the parking offer. The redemption is only valid on the check-out date as stated on the hotel receipt. Upon redemption, vehicles are required to leave the car park within 15 minutes, otherwise regular hourly parking fee will be charged.
  • Room rates are based on a per room per night basis and booking confirmation is subject to room availability.
  • Room rates are subject to 10% service charge.
  • Photos are for reference only.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  • All room rates and privileges are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Bookings must be made directly via hotel website to earn Asia Miles or KrisFlyer miles.
  • Miles can only be earned by one member per room per stay. A back-to-back booking is counted as one stay only.
  • Guests must quote their frequent flyer programme membership numbers when making reservations and present valid membership cards upon check-in.
  • Respective frequent flyer programme terms and conditions apply.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to alter or suspend the special offer at any time without any prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, Royal Pacific Hotel reserves the right to make a final decision.
  • In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
