Spoil your love one with the Valentine’s Day set menu in the elegant ambience of Gradini Ristorante E Bar Italiano. Chef Cano Chan has specially crafted two delectable menus in two sessions leading guests on a romantic gastronomic journey.

From graphic designer to passionate chef, Chef Cano showcases his craftsmanship and unique artisan skill in every creation. The tempting Valentine’s feast begins with the “Seared Jumbo Scallop, Caviar, Saffron Blood Orange Mayonnaise” in which a succulent jumbo Hokkaiddo scallop is pan-seared until slightly caramelized, whispering its natural sweet and delicate flavour. The scallop is complemented with refreshing blood orange mayonnaise and garnished with exquisite caviar, guaranteed to whet your appetite. Another gourmet appetizer from the second menu, “Lobster Mille-feuille, Cress Vene” features jet-fresh Canadian lobsters which are artistically layered between crispy dried sago mixed with squid ink. They are married with a rich homemade lobster sauce, bringing a crunchy yet luscious texture. Chef Cano specially selected the Iberico lamb to craft the main course highlight – “Slow-roasted Iberico Lamb, Coffee Dust, Mustard Sauce.” The lamb meat is perfectly tender with its intrinsic balanced fat, while the coffee aroma lingers in every bite. Served with original mustard and Chianti red wine infused mustard, guests are able to savour this tantalizing dish with complex flavours. Put a perfect end to the dinner with the heart-melting dessert – “Green Tea Mousse, Crisp Black Sesame Sponge Cake, Red Beans.” Chef Cano has hand-picked the finest green tea, black sesame sauce and Tokachi red beans to design the dessert. The black sesame sponge cake has been dried to a crispy texture which creates a fantastic contrast against the silky smooth green tea mousse. While the Tokachi red beans are blended into paste and exquisitely coated with gold glitter to bring a touch of elegance and also to symbolize the passionate love between lovers.
