  • for the only purpose of making purchase or taking of takeaway food or drinks;
  • for the only purpose of delivering or picking up of an article;
  • performing necessary repairs;
  • receiving vaccination or medical treatment, or undergoing a specified test;
  • receiving essential government service;
  • participating in legal proceedings; or
  • other scenarios with lawful authority or reasonable excuse.
  •         Guests who fail to present a valid pass will not be permitted access to the scheduled premise(s).
