Enjoy a delicate yet sumptuous “Taste of Japan Afternoon Tea Set” at Gold Coast Prime Rib, that includes highlights such as Salmon with sakura shrimp paste sandwich, Tempura shrimps with wasabi mayonnaise, Japanese rice omusubi with Hokkaido scallops and Green tea soba noodles with shichimi tuna. The Japanese flavours deliciously follow through to sweets such as Matcha tofu cheesecake, Hokkaido 3.6 milk pudding with strawberries, Sakura mizu shingen mochi with black sugar syrup and more.
