Terms and conditions
Pursuant to Phase 1 of the amendments to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance, which takes effect on 22 April 2024, hotels in Hong Kong are prohibited from providing guests with complimentary plastic-containing toiletries listed under the Ordinance. Guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries to foster a plastic-free culture. Guests who need toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste and comb can purchase them at the Front Desk or the vending machine located at Towers Wing lobby. For details, please click here. Proceeds will be donated to the Hong Kong Ocean Park Conservation Foundation to support marine conservation. We will replace these toiletries with non-plastic alternatives gradually.
 
  • All room rates are subject to 10% service charge.
  • No cancellation or no amendment is allowed. Any cancellation will incur a penalty charge of 100% of the total room rate (inclusive of the related service charges).
  • Dining credits are applicable for dine-in at Pierside Bar & Restaurant.
  • The offer and dining credits cannot be used in conjunction with other privileges or promotions, and cannot be redeemed for cash, other products, or services.
  • Dining credits are offered daily on a non-accumulative basis. Any unused balance cannot be carried forward to the next staying night and will be forfeited.
  • Any unused dining credits are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be used for future visits.
  • Guestrooms are for accommodation purposes only (except designated room packages). The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings for non-accommodation purposes, including wedding parties and events.
  • Guests must adhere to the guest room's maximum occupancy and to any Hong Kong Government regulations.
  • All offers and privileges are subject to change without any prior notice.
