Chef's recommendations:

  • Hainanese Chicken – Tender chicken, freshly made by our chefs, using tender boneless Hainan chicken that even renowned food critics praise. Serving the best Singaporean-style Hainanese Chicken in town, it goes perfectly with the restaurant's speciality chicken rice.
  • Chai Tau Kway (Sauteed Carrot Cake with Eggs, Meat and Fresh Shrimps) – Homemade carrot cakes are made using prawns, eggs and a secret ingredient, sautéed to a crisp golden colour in our Sinaporean-Malaysian restaurant. The strong flavours just dwell on the tip of your tongue begging you for another bite.
  • Hokkien Prawn Mee (Fresh King Prawn and Lean Pork with Egg Noodle in a tasteful Prawn Soup) – Using a barrel of fresh prawns while preparing the soup, paired in Malaysian style with fresh prawns, other ingredients and of course, the infamous noodles of our restaurant.
  • Fried Pepper Crab – Our chef chooses the freshest crabs daily, pan-fried with butter, adding peppercorn bringing out the best of the crab in Singaporean style.
  • Singaporean Satay – Grilled-to-order tender pork, beef or chicken, served with our special Satay Spices served with a Zappy Peanut Sauce, the ultimate combination in the restaurant.
