Our guiding principles are to enhance employees' fundamental skills and knowledge, to deploy contemporary business concepts and models as well as to deliver effective training programs which are applicable, staff-focused and business-driven.
As a caring company, we treasure any opportunities to contribute our community, especially in developing youth graduates to join the community. We develop undergraduates with both managerial and operational exposure by providing comprehensive Management Trainee Programme. They will be assigned to attach all different departments. Through these programmes, we would like to attract ideas and talents retained within our group.
Internship Programme is made for those undergraduates who are studying or interested in the hospitality industry. They will work for different departments in order to attain more practical experience and understanding in hotel industry.
